At Dawn and Daisy, we take great care in curating and packing your orders. As such, we are unable to process refunds unless you have received a defective or damaged item and it is the last available piece in stock.

Please reach out to us via WhatsApp at +673 7406023 within 3 days of purchasing your item- we’re here to help! Once the defect is confirmed by our team or the brand principal, we will process your refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.

Items showing any signs of use, wear, wash, or damage caused after receipt will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable for apparel and hats.

We understand that choosing the perfect item — especially for little ones — isn’t always easy. If you need a different size, we’re happy to help where possible.

To request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp at +673 7406023 for approval.

 To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are only applicable for apparel and hats in the same style and colour, and must be requested within 3 days of your purchase.
  • All exchanges are subject to availability. If the preferred size is unavailable, we regret that we will be unable to proceed with the exchange.

 For hygiene reasons, intimates are not eligible for exchange.

Items purchased from our SALE section, those bought using discount codes do not qualify for exchange.
