Shipping & Pick-Up

We hope you’re as excited about your purchase as we are!

Every Dawn & Daisy order is packed with lots of care. Please allow 2–3 working days for us to process and dispatch your order. Processing times are separate from delivery/transit times.

Brunei Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery within Brunei.

Complimentary delivery is available for orders over BND $75.

For orders below BND $75, a standard delivery fee of BND $5 applies nationwide.

International Shipping

We now ship internationally to selected countries.

Available shipping destinations, shipping options, estimated delivery times and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout after you have entered your delivery address.

Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal or courier services, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in your order or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate before placing your order.

Lost, Delayed & Returned Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the appointed postal or courier service. While we will do our best to assist with tracking or enquiries, Dawn & Daisy cannot guarantee delivery dates or be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance or circumstances outside our control.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in raising an enquiry with the relevant postal or courier service.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal to pay applicable customs duties or import charges, any additional shipping costs required to resend the order will be borne by the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these circumstances.

Self Pick-Up

Self pick-up is available free of charge.

Simply select Self Pick-Up at checkout to collect your order from our store.
